Property management

As well as property sales and rentals, we also offer a comprehensive property management service. If you already own a property and use it as a holiday home, we can look after it for you when you are not here. Our services include cleaning, general maintenance, pool cleaning and generally just keeping an eye on your house when it is empty. We have extensive contacts with honest, reliable and cost effective tradesmen in Javea who we have used for the past 28 years.

We also offer property management services for owners who are looking to rent their property. We can source tenants (for both short and long term lets) and organise cleaning, maintenance and changeovers to ensure you not only have peace of mind when you are away but also achieve the best return on your investment.
