The idea for A Place in Javea came from personal experience of selling a home locally. The process worked, but paying four percent plus IVA in fees raised an obvious question.
There had to be a simpler and more transparent way for owners to reach genuine buyers, without unnecessary layers or confusion.
At the same time, buyers needed a clearer way to compare areas and property types before speaking to agents or arranging viewings.
This platform was built to sit between those two needs.
