Piver is a small residential area on the eastern side of Javea, positioned between the Arenal and Cap Martí. It is not a formal urbanisation but a cluster of quiet residential streets made up almost entirely of detached villas on individual plots.

The area appeals mainly to year-round residents who want space and calm while remaining close to beaches, schools and everyday services.

Noise levels are low. There are no nearby bars, nightlife venues or commercial premises. Background sound is limited to local traffic, garden maintenance and normal residential activity.

Even in summer, Piver remains noticeably calmer than the beachfront areas.

Piver changes very little through the year. Summer brings more movement, but not a shift in overall character. Winter remains active, with most homes occupied rather than closed up.
